MW Hall Corporation provided heritage architect services to a mechanical contracting firm to renovate the existing heritage water plant according to Heritage Ontario standards. The water plant was renovated, including computerization of existing water purification processes from Lake Ontario. The assignment involved working with the contractor and the manager of the water plant to assure that the modernization of the water plant met requirements for historic preservation of this important heritage icon of the City of Toronto.
