Keele/Finch Redevelopment - Transit Centre

This block located north of the core area of Toronto is presently owned substantially by a single owner, but now has an extension of the main subway line crossed by a new street car line, and is adjacent to a university community. MW HALL CORPORATION organized a multi-disciplinary consultant team to prepare a redevelopment plan for the block. The concept plan involved one of the entries to the subway line a residential tower building and an office tower building with interior vehicular circulation.
