A multi-unit residential speculative development along Franklin Avenue in downtown Hollywood, California northeast of Hollywood at Vine, a famous intersection in the US. Building on the Spanish Revival architectural style of this historic district, a multiple unit complex was designed with underground parking to create a pedestrian environment at grade level. This project was designed while Mark Hall was president and founding principal of ARCHIPLAN urban design collaborative, a multi-disciplinary consulting firm in Los Angeles, California.
