El Toro Complex, Western Division Naval Facilities Engineering Command

The El Toro Complex consists of three separate but related US Marine Corps Air Stations in Southern California: Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, Marine Corps Air Station (Helicopter) Tustin, and Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field Camp Pendleton. Mark Hall was principal-in-charge for ARCHIPLAN urban design collaborative to prepare a long range master plan for the three air stations, including their interrelationship, and presentation to each of the three base commanders plus the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and Commandant of the Marine Corps in Washington D.C.
