This is an example of a recent early phase feasibility study looking at redevelopment of a property at 133 Main Street South in Brampton, Ontario which has a heritage building on client's property which must be conserved. We researched existing zoning/planning requirements, market potential and property owner requirements and recommended this site development which incorporates the heritage building. This project involves a multi-disciplinary consultant team with whom we provide a lead role.
