Located in The Beaches section of Toronto, near Lake Ontario, the renovation of the house was designed to update undersized kitchen, dining and family areas. A gourmet kitchen was created. A new family room with fireplace was added overlooking a renovated / landscaped rear yard. A roof deck was added with access from the Master Bedroom. The Victorian white wood clapboard style of the house was maintained and reinforced with the renovation/addition.
