This award winning project is designed with 96 suites housing 296 enlisted military personnel. The central core area contains lounges, laundry, administration and utility spaces. Full three-story tilt-up concrete panels and composite floor slab construction on pile foundations is designed for economy and durability. Brick stair towers and brick paving in the forecourt are added for texture and colour. Roof mounted solar panels are provided for domestic hot water and heat.
