DESCRIPTION: Client is a general contractor who purchased the property for development purposes. Concept is to add three new residences at laneway, with mews entry from Dovercourt Road. Parking for each unit, plus parking for the existing semi-detached residence will be provided on-site. Special attention is paid to sensitive integration of new residences into urban fabric of existing area.
