Muskoka Live / Work Residence, 6 Mile Lake, Ontario

Renovate existing residence to add master suite, decks overlooking lake, covered garage/storage areas, and live/work office/residence suite.

CLIENT           

Professional consultant couple who moved to Muskoka from Toronto and want to maintain work place/residence.

DESCRIPTION   

Existing cottage had a number of drawbacks for planned use.  Concept was to change entire image of property and conversion of residence for full time use, maximizing waterfront location while overcoming rock outcropping site.
