DESCRIPTION
Located on Lake Couchiching in downtown Orillia, this residence was conceived as an urban cottage. Originally constructed in 1951, a major renovation was done to update the house, present an improved street entry, and provide a large master suite in the attic of the original house. The Arts and Crafts Style, with stone fireplace, warm woods, and subdued colours was used to create a retreat for family use.
