DESCRIPTION
Located in the designated Heritage Annex District of downtown Toronto, the century home was completely renovated and major additions provided to update the floor plan.
A large family room with major fireplace, accessible from new gourmet kitchen, breakfast and formal dining rooms were added at the ground floor. A large master with ensuite bath, sun room and sun porch were added to the second floor. One of the carriage house bays at rear of house was converted to exterior covered dining / family room. Restoration of deteriorated brick and wood work of the original house, and update of rainwear was completed. Architectural style, which incorporated elements of the Arts and Crafts Style were utilized to integrate the new and renovated work with the heritage house.
