Distribution and Auto Services is the import arm of Nissan Motor Company. This project is their headquarters for the United States as well as the location where automobiles imported from Japan are outfitted with special order equipment prior to shipment throughout North America.

DESCRIPTION
Located in the Port of Los Angeles on seismically sensitive soils, the project was designed to accommodate the State of California Building Code relative to seismic design. Utilization of natural light in the industrial areas created an improved work environment. State of the art industrial processes were incorporated in an economical project which reflects the new image of Nissan in North America.
