Renovate and existing vacant theatre building to create shops at the ground floor and offices at the second floor.

DESCRIPTION   

Located on Front Street, the main commercial street in Belleville, the theatre had been vacant for some time.  Teddington Limited purchased the property and negotiated leases for standard  commercial and office tenants.  Originally a 1920’s vaudeville house, the theatre required leveling of the sloped floor, and renovation to meet the Ontario Building Code for office and retail use.   The architectural character of the building was designed to meet the historic downtown district for Belleville.
