DESCRIPTION
Located in Cedarvale area of Toronto, west of Forest Hill area. Two interventions were accomplished: (1) Basement floor was lowered and new entry created to provide private office space for professional use. (2) Plan was developed to create a new freehold residence on property utilizing existing vacant portion of the site, including OMB appeal and City of Toronto Planning Department negotiated approval.
