Urban infill project to add three residences to an existing semi-detached residential flag lot with parcel at rear laneway. The client is a general contractor who purchased the property for development purposes. The concept is to add three new residences at the laneway, with mews entry from Dovercourt Road. Parking for each unit, plus parking for the existing semi-detached residence will be provided on-site. Special attention is paid to sensitive integration of new residences into the urban fabric of the existing area.
