Assisted Living and Condominium Residences, McLaughlin Road South
Brampton, Ontario

A combined Assisted Living Senior’s residence and Condominium Residence in downtown Brampton, a rapidly growing community in the Greater Toronto area.  The project includes restoration and reuse of a designated heritage house located on the property.

108 units of Assisted Living Senior’s house, combined with 200 units of market rate condominium residences were designed to make use of grade level amenity functions in this central location. Located just south of the main east-west Queen Street of downtown Brampton, the concept for the building is to be a 'gateway' structure for the western edge of the downtown.  Regional community facilities are located just across McLaughlin Road. Convenience retail is adjacent to the site, and public transit is available at McLaughlin. Amenities include a Winter Garden, Summer Garden, pub, restaurant, convenience tuck shop, nursing assistance, and underground parking including parking for electric scooters.
