DESCRIPTION
Located in The Beaches section of Toronto, near Lake Ontario, the renovation of the house was designed to update undersized kitchen, dining and family areas, and to add additional space and special bath to the second floor. A gourmet kitchen was created, and new fireplace added to an existing renovated family room. Upgrade of heating systems and windows was done to improve livability and energy efficiency. The wood clapboard and shingle Craftsman Style of the original house was maintained and updated with the renovation / addition.
